Corroseal®
eliminates the need to sandblast rust by converting
rust on steel from iron oxide,  rust,to
magnetite, Fe304, a black, inert substance. At the same time, it
primes the metal for a final paint coat. The unique patented rust
converter formula in Corroseal® will convert heavy rust in one coat. Very
heavy rust, 1/8" thick or more will require two coats. Corroseal®
is the best way to deal with rust because it is less expensive, takes
less time, and is much more environmentally friendly than sandblasting.
It is used on ships, oil storage tanks, buildings, motor vehicles,
trailers, tools, wrought iron furniture, etc. It serves as the primer
and bonds with oil based paint, epoxy, urethane and most other top
coats. Corroseal® is non flammable, non toxic, non corrosive,
contains no CFC's.

Crystal Lok® is applied
by spraying or rolling onto new green concrete, or on aged concrete.
 Applying
Crystal Lok® on new, green concrete aids cure control, hardens
the concrete surface, damp-proofs the concrete, and it helps prevent
chloride ion intrusion, helps eliminate efflorescence, and aids
the concrete for added surface coatings which are designed for
high alkali surfaces. Sprayed on old concrete Crystal Lok® stops
moisture problems and helps to control chloride ion intrusion and
efflorescence. Crystal Lok® seals the concrete for improved
chemical resistance and stops penetration of the surface by oil,
grease, salt and soil stains. Crystal Lok® can stop dampness
and odor from flood water or ground water. Crystal Lok® is
non flammable, non toxic, and biodegradable. Crystal Lok® because
it has been proven to waterproof concrete in water to a depth of
over 150'. It does what we say it will do.
It is easy to apply with a garden sprayer, conventional paint sprayers
or by roller or brush.
